Practical Tools for Navigating Imposter Syndrome and Building Confidence
Facilitated by Beckett Loenhart-Bowden, Oliveme Wellness
Self-doubt can show up even in capable, accomplished people. In this workshop, I explored how to recognize the inner critic, approach it with curiosity, and build a more supportive relationship with ourselves.
Using the metaphor of the mind as a research team—with different voices, roles, and agendas—the workshop offered an accessible way to understand competing thoughts and respond with greater intention. Guided reflection and practical tools focused on recognizing imposter syndrome, questioning self-critical assumptions, practicing self-compassion, and developing a growth mindset.
The central message: You don’t need more confidence to move forward. You need a better relationship with the voice in your head.
