You May Be Here Because…

  • You are holding everything together but no longer feel like yourself.

  • Your family keeps experiencing the same conflicts.

  • You are facing a major transition and do not know what comes next.

  • Your young adult needs help moving toward work, education, or independence.

  • Stress, trauma, or burnout has left you feeling disconnected or stuck.

  • Traditional approaches have not felt personal or practical enough.

  • You want support that considers your mind, body, relationships, environment, and goals.

You do not have to wait until life reaches a crisis point to ask for support.

Young-Adult Growth and Independence

Build the skills needed for the next chapter

The transition into adulthood can feel overwhelming—especially when ADHD, autism, anxiety, limited work experience, or low confidence makes it difficult to know where to begin.

Coaching may help young adults:

  • Identify realistic goals

  • Prepare for employment

  • Practice interviewing and workplace communication

  • Build routines and daily-living skills

  • Explore education or training options

  • Strengthen social confidence

  • Develop self-advocacy

  • Move toward greater independence

We begin with the person in front of us—not with where someone else thinks they should already be.

Meet Beckett

A warm, practical approach grounded in connection

I’m Beckett Loenhart-Bowden, founder of Oliveme Wellness.

My work is shaped by professional training and lived experience as a life and wellness coach, service-dog trainer, military spouse, parent, mentor, and community leader.

I understand that change rarely happens in a straight line. People need more than advice—they need a place where they feel respected, understood, and supported while they practice doing life differently.

My role is not to tell you who to become. It is to help you recognize your strengths, understand what is keeping you stuck, and move toward the life and relationships you want to create.

Rise. Heal. Thrive.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is a goal-focused, collaborative service that supports personal growth, skill development, decision-making, and behavior change. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and is not a replacement for psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis services.

When appropriate, coaching can complement work with a licensed mental-health or medical provider.

Do you accept insurance?

Oliveme Wellness provides private-pay coaching and educational services. Coaching is generally not covered by health insurance.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. Virtual coaching is available for clients who prefer to meet from home or live outside the immediate Yorktown area, subject to service suitability.

How do I know which service I need?

You do not need to decide before contacting us. During your consultation, we will discuss what you are experiencing and help you determine the most appropriate next step.

Do I need to be in crisis to receive coaching?

No. Many clients begin coaching because they recognize that something needs to change and want support before the situation becomes more difficult.

You Are Allowed to Take the Next Step

You do not need to have the right words, a complete plan, or everything figured out.

Start with a short conversation about where you are, what you need, and what moving forward could look like.

Life, Wellness & Business Coach: A holistic approach to growth, resilience, and building a life and business rooted in purpose.

Four friends in casual clothing with arms around each other, standing outdoors during sunset, overlooking a landscape with mountains, grass, and scattered objects on the ground.
Two professionals, a man and a woman, giving each other a high five in a bright office with a brick wall and windows, surrounded by papers, laptops, and office supplies on the table.
A golden retriever service dog with a harness labeled "SERVICE DOG" sitting on a wooden deck outside, behind a wire fence with green foliage in the background.
A woman smiling while sitting in a field of white flowers, looking at her reflection in a handheld mirror with sunlight filtering through trees in the background.
A woman and a boy sitting together on a couch, smiling and looking at each other. The boy is holding colored markers, and there are art supplies on a white table in front of them. The background has shelves, a guitar, and decorative items.
Two children outdoors in a park, with trees and blue sky in the background, looking serious or thoughtful.
